Many divination spells have cone-shaped areas. These move with you and extend in the direction you choose. The cone defines the area that you can sweep each round. - Saving Throw

- Spell Resistance

You lock access to the target’s procedural memories, preventing it from drawing upon its experience and expertise. The target loses all skill ranks, spells known, and spells prepared, as well as activated feat, extraordinary, supernatural, and spell-like abilities. Each round at the end of the target’s turn, the target can attempt another Will save to end this effect.
